We have tie up with the knitting units having following type of machines - Single jersey, interlock, jacquard, engineered stripe. Our knitting vendors have very experienced and skilled, we can manufacture difficult and different type of fabrics.
Our dyeing unit vendor uses Soft flow machines which process with balloon padding and flat drying. These processes give streak free and wrinkle free finish to the garments. They use automatic lab dip machines for the accurate colour matching of the fabrics. Compacting can be done through open width compactors and tubular compactors to control shrinkage and twisting problem.
We have our own printing unit which uses two methods of printing. Table printing or the manual printing is water based printing method. We can print 10000 pieces per day. Auto machine printing (MHM) is oil based printing method in which we can print 10000 pieces per day. Our unit can print all types of prints like Flock print, Puff print, High density print, Photo printing, Rubber print, Foam print, Transfer print, Night glow (Radium) prints, Plastisol print, Gel print, Matt print etc. with perfect finish.
We have our own Embroidery unit with computerized embroidery unit which uses Barudan machines to do any type of embroidery from monograms to heavy embroidery including appliques. We also do sequence embroidery.
Our full future Stitching and finishing unit with all normal and special purpose machines imported from world renowned manufacturers to make contemporary style knitwear. Lay cutting machines, steam irons, stain removing stations and every other machine needed to finish trendy garments are available more than everything the professionalism of our trained workers gives a neat and perfect finish to the final garments.
